Strongsville Football League

The Strongsville Football League has a cheerleading squad for each team in each of the following age groups:

Ages 5 & 6 for NFL Flag
Ages 7 & 8 for Pee Wee Tackle
Ages 9 & 10 for JV Tackle
Ages 11 & 12 for V Tackle

Cost:

$65 per Child for Strongsville Resident
$80 per Child for Non-Strongsville Resident

Fee will include equipment, uniforms, awards and insurance. A late fee of $25 per child will be assessed for registrations received after July 11, 2008. Cutoff date is July 1.

The Cheerleading vests can be purchase at the end of the season for $20. Anyone who has a Cheerleading vest from last year can use it again this year and they will get $10 off on their registration fees. You simply have to mark on the registration that you do not need a vest.

Instructions:

Download, print, and fill out completely, the following forms (in pdf format), and mail them, or bring them with your other registration items and fees. Additional sign up forms are available in the Strongsville Rec Center, Strongsville Library, and the Strongsville High School Athletic Office and very soon, we will be sending home with each elementary school child, a complete packet for sign up.

- Report Card from June 2008
- Signed Liability-Release Form (from above)
- Signed Physical Examination Form (from above)
- Filled out Registration Form (from above)
- Recent wallet size picture of the participating child
The Final Registration can be done in a number of ways:

B. Come to the In-Person sign up at Dicks Sporting Goods at Westfield Mall, every Saturday in June between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM.
